As a member of the Coast Guard Spouses' Club of Washington, DC, you are part of a warm and welcoming community with opportunities for lasting friendships forged by our unique bond as Coast Guard spouses. Whether it’s touring an impressive Washington attraction, preparing a dish for the families at Fisher House, hitting the town for a night out, book club, or just having a cup of coffee with some friends at the park – there is a special connection and pride that grows from sharing experiences with others who understand what it means to be a Coast Guard spouse.
Our regular membership consists of spouses of active duty, retired, reserve, and deceased Coast Guard members, Public Health Service officers, and active duty members of the Coast Guard. Our associate membership includes non-spouse family members of Coast Guard members and spouses of active duty, retired, reserve and deceased members of other military branches. Aside from a few exceptions that allow guests, most of our events are for club members only. We accept memberships on a rolling basis so members are always welcome to join at any time. Keep in mind, our membership year renews on June 1st. (To request a copy of our by-laws for more detailed information, please contact us via email).
